libghc-debian-dev software package provides Haskell library for working with the Debian package system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-debian-dev
libghc-debian-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-debian-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-debian-dev *
You will get with libghc-debian-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
